Lidya Lulseged founded Built By You & Co. after years inside enterprise strategy and analytics — building the financial models and roadmaps that drove $700M+ in revenue opportunities, $205M in roadmap impact, and the operational rebuild of a $2B platform.
The practice exists to give founders access to that same depth without the enterprise overhead. Built By You & Co. launched in 2026. The thinking did not. What's new is the audience.
